2800℃ One-to-Two Graphitization Furnace

The One-to-Two Graphitization Furnace is a high-temperature graphitization furnace mainly used for the graphitization of graphene oxide, PI thermal conductive films, sintering and graphitization of carbon fiber ropes and filaments, sintering and graphitization of carbon materials, graphitization of anode materials, and other carbon materials, carbon-carbon and carbon-ceramic composite materials, as well as high-temperature sintering and graphitization of industrial ceramics and powder metallurgy materials.

Vertical Vacuum Sintering Furnaces

Vertical vacuum sintering furnaces utilize induction heating to protectively sinter heated materials. They can be categorized into industrial frequency, medium frequency, and high frequency types, and can be classified as a subcategory of vacuum sintering furnaces. Vacuum induction sintering furnaces are complete sets of equipment that sinter cemented carbide cutting tools and various metal powder pressed bodies under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions using the principle of medium frequency induction heating. They are designed for the industrial production of cemented carbide, dysprosium, and ceramic materials.

Bottom-Loading Sintering Furnace

The bottom-loading sintering furnace operates on a bottom-loading, intermittent basis. The sintering furnace mainly consists of a thyristor-controlled medium-frequency power supply, a hydrogen sintering furnace (tank, refractory materials, molybdenum crucible, etc.), and an automatic temperature control system. The vacuum sintering furnace is a furnace that uses induction heating to protectively sinter heated materials. It can be classified into power frequency, medium frequency, and high frequency types, and can be categorized as a subclass of vacuum sintering furnaces. The vacuum induction sintering furnace is a complete set of equipment that uses the principle of medium-frequency induction heating under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions to sinter cemented carbide cutting tools and various metal powder pressed bodies. It is designed for the industrial production of cemented carbide, dysprosium metal, and ceramic materials.

Bottom-Discharge Graphitization Furnace

The bottom-discharge graphitization furnace is a new generation of bottom-discharge graphitization furnace developed from the top-opening graphitization furnace. It is used for the carbonization and graphitization of carbon materials; the shaping and graphitization of carbon fiber filaments; and other materials that can be sintered in a carbon environment. The bottom-discharge graphitization furnace is suitable for processing and graphitizing large products, greatly improving the convenience of feeding and discharging. It is suitable for high-temperature treatment (sintering, graphitization, purification, etc.) of materials under vacuum or atmosphere protection.

Graphite Carbonization Furnace

A kind of industrial heat treatment equipment specially used for the production of high performance carbon materials such as artificial graphite, anode materials, carbon/carbon composites and so on. It is used to carbonise carbon-containing precursors (e.g. petroleum coke, asphalt, resin, etc.) at high temperature (usually 1000°C~3000°C) in an inert atmosphere (e.g. nitrogen, argon) or in a vacuum environment, so as to form a high-purity graphite structure.

Heat Conducting Graphite Film Vacuum Carbonization Furnace

Mainly used for new silicon carbide material, carbon material, thermally conductive graphite film material pre-stage vacuum negative pressure decoking and medium temperature carbonization treatment.

Medium Frequency Induction High Temperature Purification Furnace

It is mainly used for high-temperature purification treatment of carbon-carbon composites, carbon fiber insulation materials, graphite powder, graphite products and other new carbon materials.
