Product Introduction:
The One-to-Two Graphitization Furnace is a high-temperature graphitization furnace mainly used for the graphitization of graphene oxide, PI thermal conductive films, sintering and graphitization of carbon fiber ropes and filaments, sintering and graphitization of carbon materials, graphitization of anode materials, and other carbon materials, carbon-carbon and carbon-ceramic composite materials, as well as high-temperature sintering and graphitization of industrial ceramics and powder metallurgy materials.
This One-to-Two high-temperature Graphitization Furnace uses medium-frequency heating and is equipped with water-cooled induction coils. It is a top-opening loading and unloading furnace. Our horizontal graphite furnaces are available in front-opening and top-opening models, with circular or square heating chambers. The square heating zone better solves the problem of heating dead zones, facilitates loading and unloading and daily cleaning and maintenance, and provides a larger loading space, but the cost will be higher.
Features of the One-to-Two Graphitization Furnace:
● Operating temperature up to 2800℃, good temperature uniformity, and stable equipment operation.
● Equipped with an infrared temperature measurement and control system, it can display and automatically control the furnace temperature in real time using PID control, ensuring stable product quality and meeting product requirements.
● Utilizes a three-phase power supply, ensuring balanced and stable performance. Unlike carbon tube furnaces that use single-phase power, which suffers from voltage imbalance and significant impact on the power grid, affecting other equipment operation.
● High operating temperature, reaching a maximum of 3000℃, with an operational range of 2600-2800℃.
● Uses carbon felt as insulation material, eliminating the need for carbon black and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
● Short heating time, reaching 200℃/hour.
● Excellent furnace sealing, minimizing protective gas loss. All flanges and furnace covers are sealed with sealing strips.
