Mr. Gong:
One-to-Two High-Temperature Vacuum Purification Furnace
The one-to-two high-temperature vacuum purification furnace (1 power supply, 2 furnace bodies) is a new product developed by our company based on advanced domestic and international material processes and user feedback. It is designed for the high-temperature sintering of carbon-based materials such as silicon-carbon, porous carbon, mesoporous carbon, and foamed carbon, and is continuously improved and upgraded. It boasts advantages of greater stability, energy efficiency, and intelligence. The high-temperature vacuum purification furnace is also suitable for the heat treatment of some semiconductor materials such as silicon carbide, gallium nitride, boron carbide, high-purity silicon, and special metals such as high-temperature alloys and high-purity metals like titanium, nickel, and molybdenum. The core processes are high-temperature vacuum, atmosphere purification, degassing, impurity removal, and sintering densification.
Graphite Carbonization Furnace
A kind of industrial heat treatment equipment specially used for the production of high performance carbon materials such as artificial graphite, anode materials, carbon/carbon composites and so on. It is used to carbonise carbon-containing precursors (e.g. petroleum coke, asphalt, resin, etc.) at high temperature (usually 1000°C~3000°C) in an inert atmosphere (e.g. nitrogen, argon) or in a vacuum environment, so as to form a high-purity graphite structure.
Heat Conducting Graphite Film Vacuum Carbonization Furnace
Mainly used for new silicon carbide material, carbon material, thermally conductive graphite film material pre-stage vacuum negative pressure decoking and medium temperature carbonization treatment.
High Temperature Carbonization furnace
It is primarily used for vacuum carbonization of materials with high thermal conductivity, such as polyimide (PI) film and biomass materials.
Mainly used for vacuum carbonisation of materials with high thermal conductivity (polyimide PI film) and biomass materials.
