Product Introduction:
The vacuum stirring furnace is a new type of vacuum melting equipment utilizing medium-frequency induction heating. Inside the furnace body is a spiral tubular coil. When a medium-frequency current is passed through the coil, an alternating magnetic field is generated. Under the influence of this magnetic field, the metal charge induces a potential, generating a circular current. This current, under the influence of its own magnetic field, concentrates on the outer layer of the metal charge (the so-called skin effect), giving the outer layer a high current density, thus producing a concentrated and powerful thermal effect, heating or melting the metal material.
The vacuum stirring furnace mainly consists of a furnace cover, furnace body, furnace door, feeding device, temperature measuring device, stirring device, medium-frequency power supply, power input device, tilting casting device, mold holding furnace, mobile ingot mold trolley casting system, vacuum system, PLC electrical control system, and closed-loop cooling system.

● It has over-temperature, over-pressure, and under-pressure alarm functions, and interlocking and mutual-locking protection against misoperation. Ensure safe and reliable equipment operation;
● The vacuum pump is a low-noise, energy-saving type with a high pumping speed and high efficiency;
● The coil is treated with a special process, resulting in a long service life and resistance to deformation;
● It uses a high-efficiency power supply with low reactive power loss and high efficiency;
● It adopts a frequency conversion rotary casting device with continuously adjustable speed, enabling the casting of multiple molds.
● The vacuum furnace chamber consists of a furnace body and a furnace cover. The furnace cover opens horizontally. Both the furnace body and the furnace cover have double walls and are water-cooled. The inner wall is made of 304 stainless steel and has undergone fine, large-area polishing, thus facilitating the removal of condensed water vapor and dirt adhering during melting.
● The furnace cover is equipped with an auxiliary material feeding device and an observation window.
● The auxiliary material feeding device on the furnace cover allows for the addition of alloy materials during melting.
