Product Introduction:
The bottom-discharge graphitization furnace is a new generation of bottom-discharge graphitization furnace developed from the top-opening graphitization furnace. It is used for the carbonization and graphitization of carbon materials; the shaping and graphitization of carbon fiber filaments; and other materials that can be sintered in a carbon environment. The bottom-discharge graphitization furnace is suitable for processing and graphitizing large products, greatly improving the convenience of feeding and discharging. It is suitable for high-temperature treatment (sintering, graphitization, purification, etc.) of materials under vacuum or atmosphere protection.
Applications: Primarily used for vacuum atmosphere sintering of special composite materials or alloys such as hard alloys, copper-tungsten alloys, and titanium alloys, as well as graphitization treatment of carbon materials and new materials.
Performance Characteristics of the Bottom-Discharge Graphitization Furnace:
● Excellent furnace sealing: Fully sealed structure with a vacuum pumping system and argon replacement system, protecting the purity of the gases inside the furnace;
● Heating rate up to 600℃/h (faster at lower temperatures);
● Energy saving: Employs electromagnetic induction heating to directly heat the graphite boat, resulting in high thermal efficiency and energy savings.
● High operating temperature: The graphitization furnace can operate at temperatures up to 3000℃, with a maximum operating temperature of 2800℃. Capable of completing graphite purification tasks;
● Employs special infrared temperature measurement technology and PID segmented program control of the heating curve. Precise temperature control with minimal error.
● High safety, featuring a double-layer stainless steel furnace shell with interlayer water cooling, keeping the outer shell temperature below 50℃. Equipped with air pressure, water pressure, and high-temperature alarms, and also includes an overpressure relief device.
● The furnace design draws heavily on internationally advanced vacuum induction furnace design concepts and incorporates our company's more than ten years of experience in the production and use of high-temperature industrial furnaces. This improves the furnace's insulation performance and temperature uniformity, reduces labor intensity, and ensures that all refractory materials inside the furnace are domestically produced, thereby significantly reducing production costs.
