Vertical Vacuum Sintering Furnaces
Product Description:
Vertical vacuum sintering furnaces utilize induction heating to protectively sinter heated materials. They can be categorized into industrial frequency, medium frequency, and high frequency types, and can be classified as a subcategory of vacuum sintering furnaces. Vacuum induction sintering furnaces are complete sets of equipment that sinter cemented carbide cutting tools and various metal powder pressed bodies under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions using the principle of medium frequency induction heating. They are designed for the industrial production of cemented carbide, dysprosium, and ceramic materials.
The specific structure and performances of the vertical high-temperature sintering furnace are as below:
- The inner liner of the vertical vacuum sintering furnace that needs to be sintered is glazed by the wet glazing method, with a one-coat-one-burn process. The sintering temperature is 840–880℃, the drying temperature is 100–150℃, and the sintering time is approximately 8–10 minutes. The installed power of the sintering furnace (including the drying furnace) is 850KW (±5%); the energy consumption of the furnace machinery and fans is approximately 25KW; the backup heater power of the drying line is 60KW.
- The furnace body of the vertical vacuum sintering furnace adopts a steel structure. The main insulation material is 1050-grade aluminum silicate fiber, with a thickness ≥340mm in the high-temperature zone; a thickness ≥200mm in the medium-temperature zone; and 100K mineral wool felt insulation in the low-temperature zone. A specially designed air insulation layer and aluminum foil heat-reflective layer are also included. The furnace body is covered with 0.75mm colored corrugated steel plates, which are aesthetically pleasing and durable.
- 8 internal circulation stainless steel air curtain machines are installed (noise level ≤85 decibels measured from one meter away) to prevent heat leakage and ensure uniform furnace temperature.
- It uses an American-style heater with corundum mullite tubes. The heating element is 0Cr25Al5, which is heat-resistant, has good insulation, long service life, and low maintenance costs. The heater is evenly distributed inside the furnace, with multiple temperature measuring points (20 points), ensuring uniform temperature within the furnace, with a temperature difference of ±5℃ at key points.
- The heating time in the product heating zone is guaranteed to be 8-10 minutes. This ensures the glaze is fully melted and leveled, improving quality. The furnace heating time is approximately 90 minutes. Products are cooled by blowing air after exiting the furnace, improving operating conditions.
- The conveyor is equipped with a closed track of 240-50kg suspension chain. The curved parts of the track are made of high-quality Mn steel with heat treatment, which ensuring reliable, flexible, and long-lasting operation. The sintering and drying process utilize a single conveyor line with automatic oiling, and the tensioning device adopts a counterweight structure. There is no need for manual transfer production, and resulting in a high degree of automation.
- The furnace top hook is made of 310S high-temperature heat-resistant steel for lifting workpieces, ensuring reliable operation.
