Product Description:
Applications: Used for high-temperature physical purification and graphitization of artificial graphite, natural graphite, battery anode materials, graphene, artificial graphite thermal conductive film (PI), ceramic composites, etc.
Features:
- Multiple furnaces can be configured with a single power supply to sequentially heat and cool down multiple furnaces according to the required high-temperature sintering process time, enabling continuous operation and improving production efficiency.
- Maximum operating temperature: 3200℃, suitable for high-temperature purification, graphitization, and sintering of various materials.
- Uses IGBT power supply, saving approximately 15% more energy than traditional thyristor power supplies. Low harmonic distortion, minimal grid pollution, high power factor, and no interference with electronic equipment operation.
- Equipped with a programmable controller and human-machine interface, enabling fully automated operation and monitoring, with both fully automated and manual modes.
- High safety, employing PLC-based automatic control and protection for water, electricity, and gas, including protection against over-temperature, water pressure, water flow, furnace over-pressure, and water temperature.
