Applications: Used for high-temperature physical purification, high-temperature graphitization, and high-temperature sintering of artificial graphite, natural graphite, carbon nanotubes, carbon materials, and ceramic composites.
Features:
- Small footprint (net dimensions L×W×H: 1.85m×1.25m×1.65m), low energy consumption, and low noise (≤55dB).
- High operating temperature, suitable for high-temperature purification, graphitization, and sintering of various materials.
- Uses IGBT power supply, saving approximately 15% more energy than traditional thyristor power supplies. Low harmonic distortion, minimal grid pollution, high power factor, and no interference with electronic equipment operation.
- Equipped with a programmable controller and human-machine interface, enabling fully automated operation and monitoring, with both fully automated and manual modes.
- High safety, employing PLC-based automatic control and protection for water, electricity, and gas, including protection against over-temperature, water pressure, water flow, furnace over-pressure, and water temperature.
