Applications: Mainly used for the carbonization and graphitization of flow battery felts, porous carbon materials, or other carbon materials. Through segmented high-temperature heat treatment in an inert atmosphere, carbonization is first used for shaping and impurity removal, followed by high-temperature graphitization to reconstruct the crystal structure, making the carbon felt a high-conductivity, high-corrosion-resistant, high-porosity, and long-life electrode material specifically for flow batteries.

• The equipment is customized to meet the client's experimental or process requirements. It features efficient material handling with separate inlet and outlet flow, excellent airtightness, uniform temperature control, energy saving, and convenient operation and maintenance.
• It can meet the high-temperature physical purification, carbonization, graphitization, and sintering needs of various materials. The entire heat treatment process, including low-temperature carbonization, high-temperature graphitization, and high-temperature purification, is completed in a single furnace, eliminating the need for separate transfer between two machines and simplifying the flow battery felt production process.
• The equipment is equipped with a four-stage precision exhaust gas filtration system, which performs high-precision purification of flue gas, volatile matter, and particulate ash generated during the sintering process, ensuring that the exhaust gas meets emission standards. It also prevents pipeline blockage, reduces energy consumption, and provides effective protection for the long-term reliable operation of the vacuum unit.
• It features a PLC fully automatic intelligent control system, with automated monitoring of water, electricity, and gas throughout the process, and is equipped with protection against over-temperature, water pressure, water flow, and furnace over-pressure.
