Product Description:
Application: Vacuum diffusion welding furnace is mainly used for aviation, aerospace, shipping and other types of engine blades, falcon head, missile fuses and other parts of the diffusion welding process, diffusion welding welding is widely used, can be completed between different types of metal materials and metal materials diffusion welding, but also to complete the diffusion welding between different types of metal materials and ceramic materials, non-metallic materials.
Features:
·Products can achieve vacuum hot pressing and sintering in one piece, which greatly shortens the production cycle of the product.
·High operating temperature, maximum operating temperature: 2400℃
·The equipment adopts the optimised design of constant temperature field, metal belt, graphite bar (plate) resistance heating or IGBT medium frequency induction heating, the temperature field in the furnace is uniform.
·Equipped with programmable controller and human-machine interface, the whole process can be operated and monitored automatically, with full automation and manual mode.
·High safety, with PLC water, electricity, gas automatic control and protection, with over-temperature, water pressure, water flow, furnace body overpressure, water temperature and other protection.
