Abstract
Continuous graphitising furnaces are furnaces that produce graphitised products in a continuous output. Aitchison furnace is widely used, but it is a periodic production of intertubercular furnace. Due to the production of discontinuous, it brought such as low production capacity, quality fluctuations, high power consumption, harsh operating environment and other shortcomings. So the continuous furnace has become the world's attention to the ear and research and development of an important topic and the pursuit of the goal. There are two types of continuous furnace tested by various countries. One is a single function of the graphitisation furnace, that is, after the roasting of carbon products, after high-temperature continuous graphitisation furnace, you can continuously produce stone blackened products, called a single type of furnace. The other is a multi-functional joint type, that is, combined roasting blackening two processes as one of the double-type furnace and pressure, roasting, blackening three processes as one of the triple-type furnace.
China embarked on experimental research belongs to a single type of continuous furnace. The structure of a charcoal plate or charcoal tube consists of an A-pillar and two chambers parallel to the dual channels. The ends of the charcoal product are pushed in reverse to each other so that the 4-channel preheat zone is connected to the B-channel cooling zone, exchanging heat with the low-temperature section of the two channels. The conductive electrode in the middle section of the high-temperature belt acts as a heat generator, transferring heat to the product, so that the product continuously passes through the charcoal channel and completes the graphitising process in the order of preheating, heating and cooling, while the furnace temperature sections, which are always in stable working. In order to prevent carbon channels and product oxidation, the furnace chamber should be maintained at a slightly positive pressure of 0.5 1.0 Pa. Impurities escaping from the product gasification are mostly deposited in the flue and need to be removed periodically.
In addition, continuous high-temperature graphitization furnace product quality uniformity: stable performance, smooth and clean surface of the product, eliminating the need to clean up the workload, saving the labour force, and even loading and unloading the number of insulation material than the intermittent furnace greatly reduces the number of times, so that the workshop's dust pollution to be basically resolved.
The problem of continuous high temperature graphitising furnace is that the carbon channel of the core is oxidised seriously, resulting in short service life.
