Abstract
High-temperature vacuum sintering furnace is a commonly used sintering equipment, which can be used to manufacture a variety of materials. It is mainly composed of furnace body, the heating device and the vacuum system. The manufacturing process of high temperature vacuum sintering furnace includes furnace body manufacturing, process parameter setting and process operation. In this paper, we will discuss the influence of high-temperature vacuum sintering furnace on the manufacturing process through the study of the three aspects of furnace manufacturing, process parameter setting and process operation.
First of all, furnace body manufacturing is an important part of the manufacturing process of high temperature vacuum sintering furnace. The manufacturing quality of the furnace body directly affects the performance and life of the sintering furnace. A high-quality furnace body can provide a stable working environment, maintain good vacuum and energy transfer efficiency, thus improving the sintering effect. The material and structural design of the furnace body are the key to the manufacturing of the furnace body. Commonly used furnace materials include graphite, molybdenum and molybdenum alloys. Different materials have different heat resistance, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, and the selection of appropriate materials can improve the stability and durability of the furnace body. For example, for materials that are easy to oxidise, operators need to add anti-oxidation measures in the operating environment. Reasonable process operation can improve the service life and the working efficiency of the sintering furnace, thus improving the reliability and stability of the production process.
