Hot press sintering furnace
600T Vacuum Hot-pressure Sintering Furnace
Product Description:
Application: Vacuum hot pressure furnace is widely used in all kinds of composite materials, all kinds of high thermal conductivity materials, SiC / Si3N4 / B4C ceramic materials, copper-based powder materials, iron-based powder materials, iron-copper-based powder materials, such as materials, parts of the net close to the moulding, densification, the highest sintering temperature of up to 2,500 ℃. Such as: aircraft landing iron-copper-based powder materials brake discs, brake tiles for rolling stock, bulletproof vests, armoured vehicle guards, helicopter bulletproof armour etc.
It is suitable for sintering metal powders, inorganic non-metallic materials, ceramics, etc., under vacuum, high temperature, and hot pressing. It can also be used for sintering in an inert atmosphere. This achieves material densification, prevents deformation, and inhibits the coarsening of nanoparticle grains.
Features:
- The product can achieve integrated vacuum hot pressing and sintering, greatly shortening the production cycle.
- High operating temperature: Maximum operating temperature: 2400℃.
- The equipment adopts a constant temperature field optimization design, using metal strip, graphite rod (plate) resistance heating or IGBT medium-frequency induction heating, resulting in a uniform temperature field within the furnace.
- Equipped with a programmable controller and human-machine interface, it can be fully automated and monitored, with both fully automated and manual modes.
- High safety: Utilizing PLC automatic control and protection for water, electricity, and gas, it features protection against over-temperature, water pressure, water flow, furnace over-pressure, and water temperature issues.
Technical Parameters and Model Specifications:
- Configuration: Single-station or multi-station.
- Maximum Operating Temperature: 2400℃.
- High-Temperature Zone Volume: Customized according to user requirements.
- Furnace Operating Environment: Vacuum, Nitrogen, Argon.
- Temperature Uniformity: ≤±5-±15℃ (depending on the size of the high-temperature zone)
- Temperature Measurement Accuracy: 0.1%-0.5%
- Temperature Measurement Method: Low temperature: Tungsten-rhenium thermocouple; High temperature: Far-infrared thermometer.
- Control Method: PID segmented program control and manual control.
