Product Description:
·Application: Atmosphere sintering furnace is mainly used for the sintering of powder metallurgy, tungsten, aluminium-nickel-cobalt permanent magnets, Smco5, Sm2co17, silicon carbide, ceramics, cemented carbide, molybdenum, and aluminium-iron shed, titanium alloys, and other alloys of the sintering of the vacuum, atmosphere sintering.
Features:
·Products using low energy consumption, the product is equipped with a fast cooling system, compared with the traditional equipment cooling time is long, greatly shortening the production cycle of the product.
·High operating temperature, the maximum operating temperature: 2200 ℃.
·Equipment using constant temperature field optimisation design, graphite rods (plates) or metal tungsten, molybdenum and other resistance heating, furnace temperature field uniformity.
·Equipped with programmable controller and human-machine interface, the whole process can be operated and monitored automatically, with full automation and manual mode.
·High safety, with PLC water, electricity, gas automatic control and protection, with over-temperature, water pressure, water flow, furnace body overpressure, water temperature and other protection.
