Product Description:
·Application: Vacuum hot press furnace is widely used in all kinds of composite materials, all kinds of high thermal conductivity materials, SiC / Si3N4 / B4C ceramic materials, copper-based powder materials, iron-based powder materials, iron-copper-based powder materials, such as materials, parts of the net close to the moulding, densification, the highest sintering temperature of up to 2,500 ℃. Such as: aircraft landing iron-copper-based powder materials brake discs, brake tiles for rolling stock, bulletproof vests, armoured vehicle guards, helicopter bulletproof armour, etc.
Features:
·Products can achieve vacuum hot pressing and sintering in one piece, which greatly shortens the production cycle of the product.
·High operating temperature, maximum operating temperature: 2500℃
·The equipment adopts the optimised design of constant temperature field, metal belt, graphite bar (plate) resistance heating or IGBT medium frequency induction heating, the temperature field in the furnace is uniform.
·Equipped with programmable controller and human-machine interface, the whole process can be operated and monitored automatically, with full automation and manual mode.
·High safety, with PLC water, electricity, gas automatic control and protection, with over-temperature, water pressure, water flow, furnace body overpressure, water temperature and other protection.
