Product Description:
·Use:Mainly used in the sintering process of powder metallurgy, metal materials, ceramic and magnetic materials, cemented carbide, silicon carbide, CC materials and so on, it is a vacuum furnace with very wide applicability.
Features:
·Low energy consumption, the product is equipped with a fast cooling system, which greatly shortens the production cycle of the product compared with the long cooling time problem of the traditional equipment.
·High operating temperature, maximum operating temperature: 2200℃.
·The equipment adopts the optimised design of constant temperature field, graphite rod (plate) or metal tungsten, molybdenum and other resistance heating, the temperature field in the furnace is uniform.
·Equipped with programmable controller and human-machine interface, the whole process can be operated and monitored automatically, with full automation and manual mode.
·High safety, with PLC water, electricity, gas automatic control and protection, with over-temperature, water pressure, water flow, furnace body overpressure, water temperature and other protection.
