Abstract

Vacuum sintering furnace is a furnace for protective sintering of heated items in a vacuum environment, with more heating methods, such as resistance heating, induction heating, microwave heating and so on. Vacuum induction furnace is a furnace for protective sintering of heated items using induction heating, which can be divided into industrial frequency, medium frequency, high frequency and other types, which can be attributed to the subcategory of vacuum sintering furnace. 
Vacuum induction sintering furnace is under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions, the use of medium frequency induction heating principle to make the carbide cutter head and a variety of metal powder pressing body to achieve the sintering of complete sets of equipment, is designed for the carbide, metal dysprosium, ceramic materials for industrial production.

 

 

The main principle and use: vacuum induction tungsten sintering furnace is in the vacuum after filling hydrogen protection state, the use of medium-frequency induction heating principle, so that the tungsten crucible in the coil to produce high temperature, through the thermal radiation conduction to the work on the scientific research, the military units of refractory alloys such as tungsten, molybdenum and its alloys of the powder moulding sintering.
The main structure and composition: the structure of the form is mostly vertical, under the discharge mode. Its main components are electric furnace body, vacuum system, water-cooling system, pneumatic system, hydraulic system, feeding and discharging mechanism, base, worktable, induction heating device (tungsten heater and high-level insulation materials), power supply device, medium frequency power supply and electrical control system and so on.
The main function: in the vacuum after the filling of hydrogen protective gas, control the furnace pressure and atmosphere of the sintering. Available optical fibre infrared radiation thermometer and armoured thermocouple continuous temperature measurement (0 ~ 2500 ℃), and through the intelligent temperature control instrument and the set procedure comparison, select the implementation status feedback to the intermediate frequency power supply, automatic control of the temperature level and insulation procedures.
