Abstract
High-temperature vacuum sintering furnace can be different from the general furnace, is specifically applied to the core part of the photovoltaic intelligent equipment. At high temperatures, the equipment can make the ceramic billet solid particles of mutual bonding, grain growth, voids and grain boundaries gradually reduced, through the transfer of substances, its total volume contraction, density increase, and finally become a dense polycrystalline sintered body with a certain microstructure.
There are several special reminders about high temperature vacuum sintering furnace:
1, as the mould is generally self-provided by the user, the mould material is basically selected high-purity graphite, its pressure limit of 40MPa, it is recommended that the user to use the following 30MPa is safer, pressurisation should be calculated before the mould on the area of the lower punch, and then converted to pressure, the specific formula is as follows:
Allowable system pressure (tonnes) = upper or lower punch area × 30MPa
The company is not responsible for any damage to graphite products such as moulds, briquettes, heat generators and heat preservation screens if the pressurisation is done blindly without calculating in advance.
2、Thermocouple for tungsten rhenium type, used will be brittle, can not be contacted. If damaged, it should be replaced in time.
3、Winter should pay attention to the warmth of the circulating water, otherwise it is easy to water pipe burst.
4, the use of the furnace should be kept in a vacuum, because the furnace insulation is susceptible to moisture, keep the vacuum so that the next time the vacuum will be faster.
5, do a good job of flushing the furnace. Should promptly remove the furnace metal oxides, slag and debris, and should be careful to handle the workpiece to prevent damage to the silicon carbide rod.
6, because of the complexity of the ultra-high temperature sintering furnace equipment, it is recommended that the use of specialists, specialists responsible for the strict implementation of the use of novice training before, after the use of the inspection, operation and use of the equipment to be recorded, such as the use of regulations.
