Product Description:
Applications: Suitable for sintering metal powders, inorganic non-metallic materials, ceramics, etc., under vacuum, high temperature, and hot pressing, and can also be sintered under an inert atmosphere. This achieves material densification, prevents deformation, and inhibits the coarsening of nanoparticle grains.
Features:
- The product can achieve vacuum hot pressing and sintering in one piece, greatly shortening the production cycle.
- High operating temperature, maximum operating temperature: 2400℃.
- The equipment adopts a constant temperature field optimization design, metal strip, graphite rod (plate) resistance heating or IGBT medium frequency induction heating, resulting in a uniform temperature field inside the furnace.
- Equipped with a programmable controller and human-machine interface, it can be operated and monitored automatically throughout the process, with both fully automatic and manual modes.
- High safety, employing PLC automatic control and protection for water, electricity, and gas, with protection against over-temperature, water pressure, water flow, furnace over-pressure, and water temperature.
