Product Description:
·It is applied to high-temperature physical purification and high-temperature graphitization of artificial graphite, natural graphite, battery anode materials, graphene, artificial graphite thermal conductivity touch (PI), and ceramic composite materials.
Features:
·In accordance with the needs of high temperature sintering process time can be a single set of power supply configuration of multiple furnaces, respectively, in turn, a number of furnaces for the power on heating and power-off cooling, to achieve continuous operation of the equipment work, improve production efficiency.
·Maximum operating temperature is 3200 ℃. It can meet a variety of materials, high temperature purification, graphitisation, sintering treatment.
·Adopting IGBT power supply, energy saving about 15% than traditional thyristor power supply. Less high harmonic, less pollution to the power grid, high power factor, will not interfere with operation of electronic equipment.
·Equipped with programmable controller and human-machine interface, the whole process can be operated and monitored automatically, with two modes of full automation and manual.
·High safety, with PLC water, electricity, automatic control and protection of gases, with over-temperature, water pressure, water flow, furnace overpressure, water temperature and other protection.
