Product Description:
·Use: sutable for high-temperature physical purification and high-temperature graphitising of artificial graphite, natural graphite, battery anode materials, graphene, artificial graphite thermally conductive contact sheet (PI), and ceramic composite materials.
Features:
·According to the needs of high temperature sintering process time, a single set of power supply can beconfigured with multiple furnaces, respectively, in turn, multiple furnace for heating and cooling power off, to achieve continuous operation of the equipment work to improve production efficiency.
·The maximum temperature of 3200 ℃ can meet the high temperature purification, graphitising and sintering treatment of various materials.
·Adopting IGBT power supply, energy saving about 15% than traditional thyristor power supply. Less high harmonic, less pollution to the power grid, high power factor, will not interfere with the operation of electronic equipment.
·Equipped with programmable controller and human-machine interface, the whole process can be operated and monitored automatically, with two modes of full automation and manual.
·High safety, with PLC water, electricity, gas automatic control and protection, with over-temperature, water pressure, water flow, furnace overpressure, water temperature and other protection.
