Product Description:
·Use: It is suitable for metal compounds, inorganic compounds, ceramics, etc. to be sintered under vacuum, high temperature and hot pressure, and can also be sintered under inert atmosphere. Thus completing the densification of the material, preventing deformation, but also has the role of inhibiting nano-powder grain coarsening.
Features:
·Products can achieve vacuum hot pressing and sintering in one piece, which greatly shortens the production cycle of the product.
·High operating temperature, maximum operating temperature: 2400℃.
·The equipment adopts the optimised design of constant temperature field, metal belt, graphite bar (plate) resistance heating or IGBT medium frequency induction heating, the temperature field in the furnace is uniform.
·Equipped with programmable controller and human-machine interface, the whole process can be operated and monitored automatically, with full automation and manual mode.
·High safety, with PLC water, electricity, gas automatic control and protection, with over-temperature, water pressure, water flow, furnace body overpressure, water temperature and other protection.
