Product Description:
·Application: pressureless sintering of boron carbide ceramics, pressureless sintering of silicon carbide ceramics, sintering of recrystallised silicon carbide ceramics, sintering of aluminium nitride ceramics, sintering of high-performance ceramic substrates, sintering of powder metallurgy, or high-temperature vacuum sintering of other metallic and non-metallic materials.
Features:
·Products can achieve dewaxing and sintering in one piece.
·High operating temperature, maximum operating temperature: 2400℃.
·The equipment adopts the optimised design of constant temperature field, graphite rod (plate) resistance heating, uniform temperature field in the furnace, it is the advanced high temperature sintering equipment for pressureless sintering and low vacuum sintering.
·Equipped with programmable controller and human-machine interface, the whole process can be operated and monitored automatically, with full automation and manual mode.
·High safety, with PLC water, electricity, gas automatic control and protection, with over-temperature, water pressure, water flow, furnace overpressure, water temperature and other protection.
