Product Description:
·Use: High temperature purification treatment of carbon nanotubes and other materials. Carbon nanotube purification furnace is using high temperature method of purification treatment. High-temperature method is mainly through the control of temperature, the carbon nanotube material heated to (1800 ~ 2200 ℃) the use of filtration, deposition, high-temperature distillation and other physical techniques will be carbon nanotubes in the metal impurities and volatile components of the separation, so as to achieve the purpose of purification.
Features:
·Products using low energy consumption, the product is configured with a fast cooling system, compared with the traditional equipment cooling time is long, greatly shortening the production cycle of the product.
·High operating temperature, maximum operating temperature: 2200℃.
·The equipment adopts the optimised design of constant temperature field, graphite rod (plate) resistance heating, uniform temperature field in the furnace.
·Equipped with programmable controller and human-machine interface, the whole process can be operated and monitored automatically, with full automation and manual mode.
·High safety, PLC water, electricity, gas automatic control and protection, with over-temperature, water pressure, water flow, furnace body overpressure, water temperature and other protection.

·Temperature Uniformity: ≤±5-±15℃. (Depending on the size of the high-temperature zone)
·Temperature Measurement Accuracy: 0.1%-0.5%
·Temperature Measurement: low temperature: tungsten rhenium thermocouple, high temperature: infrared thermometer.
·Temperature Control: PID segmented programme control and manual control.
